真空促凝采血管对生化结果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价不同的真空促凝采血管分离血清对常见生化项目检验结果的影响。方法使用普通干燥真空采血管和4种国产不同厂家的真空促凝管,采集同一供血者的血样标本,一针五管,每管3ml,分离血清进行生化项目检测,对检测结果进行分析评价。结果真空促凝管有些项目上存在差异(p<0·05),个别管多项生化指标结果显示有显著差异(p<0·01)。结论真空促凝管可快速分离血清,满足全自动生化分析仪高效率的需求,使用真空促凝管分离血清对某些生化结果有影响,使用前需对真空促凝管可进行评估,选用影响较少的真空促凝管。 Objective To evaluate the affect of different type vacuum blood collection tube for coagulation on results of biochemical test. Methods Use ordinary dry vacuum blood and 4 different kinds of domestic manufactured vacuum tubes PCA to collect samples from the same blood donor samples from a needle, each tube 3ml, and separating serum for biochemical test, then evaluate and analyze these results. Results There are significant differences be- tween the results of procoagulant vacuum tubes on some projects (p 〈0. 05), individual tubes have a number of biochemical parameters showed significant differences (p 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Procoagulant vacuum tubes ( coagulation - promoting vacuum tubes) can rapidly separate the serum, to meet the high - efficiency automatic biochemical analyzer needs, but the use of a vacuum condensate pipe to separate serum for biochemical test may affect the results of some biochemical items, so it is necessary to evaluate procoagulant vacuum tubes before use, to select those kinds with less impact.
