彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用价值

THE VALUE OF APPLICATION OF COLOR DOPLER FLOW IMAGING IN DIAGNOSING LOWER LIMB DEEP VENOUS THROMBOSIS

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用价值。方法对临床疑诊下肢深静脉血栓形成88例患者,116条病肢,应用二维彩色多普勒超声及X线造影进行检查。结果彩色多普勒超声及X线造影共检出阳性患者60例,72条病肢。中心型14条(19·4%),周围型40条(55·6%),混合型18条(25%)。病肢左右侧之比2·6:1(p<0·001)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查准确、敏感、无创,对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To probe into the value of CDFI in diagnosing lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Methods CDFI and X - ray were applied tO diagnose 88 patients with acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Results 60 eases were diagnosed by CDEI and X - ray, 72 limbs were concerned. The central locality of thrombosis in 14 limbs（ 19. 4% ）, peripheral 40 limbs（55.6% ）, both central and peripheral 18 limbs（25% ） were identified. The left to right oeeurrenee ratio were 2. 6：1 （p 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion CDFI, as an exact, highly sensitive, and non - invasive procedure used at the early stage to diagnose lower deep venous thrombosis has great value of application.
