摘要 目的探索有限内固定结合铰链式外固定架治疗肘关节"恐怖三联征"的术后护理要点。方法通过对2007年10月～2009年9月收治的5例肘关节"恐怖三联征"行有限内固定结合铰链式外固定架治疗的患者施行全面的术后护理,并进行了3个月～2年的随访。结果患者骨折均愈合,肘关节稳定,功能恢复满意。Mayo肘关节功能评分:优4例,良1例。优良率达100%。结论肘关节"恐怖三联征"手术后通过施行全面的术后护理,及早进行康复训练,最大限度地改善肘关节活动功能,可明显减少并发症的发生,对提高患者术后生活质量具有重要意义。
