摘要
目的分析216例我院门诊孕期妇女营养知识、饮食行为及其影响因素,为今后孕妇健康管理提供科学依据。方法采用调查问卷形式对我院2007年11月~2009年8月门诊参与孕期健康管理的孕妇进行调查,对收集问卷的材料进行回顾性分析。结果216例调查对象营养的知识、态度、行为(KAP)水平较差,总合格率仅为41·8%;饮食结构差别较大,孕妇文化程度与营养KAP水平最具相关性;不同知识层次的孕妇对营养知识认知均存在不足,但营养态度普遍较好。结论开展孕期妇女营养教育及健康管理势在必行。
Objective To analyze 216 pregnant women in our hospital out -patient about nutritional knowledge, dietary behavior and its influencing factors for the future to provide a scientific basis for health management of pregnant women. Methods A survey of nutrition KAP was carried out using a questionnaire among 216 pregnant women from 2007.11 to 2009.8 of patient participation in health management. Results According to KAP survey of 216 cases, the level is poor; the total pass rate was only 41.8% ; the diet structure vary greatly, the literacy level of pregnant women has most relevant with their KAP level. All pregnant women with different knowledge level have certain de.feet of nutrition understanding, but their attitudes to nutrition are good. Conclusion Carry out nutrition education and health management to pregnant women is imperative.
