An Exploration on the Medical Insurance Development Patterns of College Students in China

在对我国大学生医疗保障模式探索现状进行归类、总结的基础上,分析了国外成熟的模式经验,提出从组织方式和筹资方式两个核心要素入手,建立由个人、政府和学校三方共同出资、政府主导、市场运作的大学生医疗保障发展模式。

Based on the classification and summary of the present exploring situation about medical insurance patterns of college students in China, an analysis focuses on overseas mature experiences and models. Then the proposals in the paper are to establish the medical insurance development pattern of college students, which will begin with two key factors： way of organization and way of financing, and which will also be invested together by individuals, government and schools, with the leading of government and the operation of market.
