Software Design for Prediction and Prevention of Scaling & Salting in Oil-water System

结盐结垢是油田开发过程中长期存在的问题,严重影响了油田的生产。针对这一问题研发了一种软件。介绍了软件的设计方案,重点阐述了盐垢专家数据库设计、预测模块设计、防护模块设计及查询模块设计。实际应用表明:软件的预测结果与实际结盐结垢情况基本一致,针对预测结果提出的防护对策对油田结盐结垢预测、防治等开发生产有较好的指导作用。

Scaling and salting is long-term problem which impact on oil production seriously in the process of oilfield exploration. The Software is designed to solve this problem. This paper describes the software design, focusing on the design of database ,prediction and prevention modules and inquiry module. Practical application shows that the result of software prediction is consistent with the real condition of scaling and salting. The measure of prevention can provide a good guide to predict and prevent the scaling and salting.
