6种天然药提取物清除自由基和抗氧化活性研究

On the Efficiency of Six Natural Extracts as DPPH Radical Scavenger and Their Antioxidant Activity

采用丁香、金银花等6种天然提取物中的抗氧化物质,用DPPH法测定其抗氧化活性,并与抗坏血酸、硫脲进行比较,以DPPH清除率作为评价样品清除DPPH自由基能力的指标,比较了各提取物对自由基的清除能力.实验证明:6种提取物对DPPH均有清除作用,其中丁香提取物的清除作用较好.

Using the antioxidants in lilac,honeysuckles and other four natural extracts,this experiment determined their antioxidant activity by virtue of DPPH method.And by comparing them with ascorbic acid and thiourea and using the DPPH clearance rate as the evaluating indicator to evaluate the sample＇s ability to clear free radicals,this experiment also compared each extract＇s ability to clear the free radicals.It proves that these natural extracts are capable of clearing DPPH,among which the lilac extract is the most effective.
