摘要
目的:了解老年脑卒中恢复期患者在住院期间的康复需求情况,为老年脑卒中恢复期患者的康复护理提供理论依据。方法:采用自设知识、信念、行为(KAP)问卷,对125例在我院住院的发病后3个月的老年脑卒中恢复期患者进行问卷调查。结果:老年脑卒中恢复期患者对疾病康复的认知程度低下,缺乏对团体娱乐活动的兴趣,不同的文化程度、肢体功能、早期康复训练患者的康复知识、态度和行为有差异(P<0.05)。结论:要重视对老年脑卒中恢复期患者的健康宣教和早期的康复训练,有利于增强康复治疗的依从性、康复锻炼的毅力和信心。
Objective：To provide theoretical basis for rehabilitation nursing for post-stroke patients by knowing their rehabilitation needs while in hospital.Methods：Knowledge Attitude Practice scale（KAP） are used to collect data from 125 patients,who were 3 months after stroke.The collected data were analyzed.Results：Post-stroke patients lack knowledge of rehabilitation,lack interest of group recreation.The research shows that the proportion of related knowledge,attitude,practice varied statistically among the patients with different educational levels,boby function and early of rehabilitation（P0.05）.Conclusion：Giving a post-stroke patient more knowledge about rehabilitation and early of rehabilitation will help a patient coordinate with rehabilitation treatment and build his confidence in recovery.
