2006～2007年广州市越秀区乙型肝炎病例网络报告情况分析

The Monitor Data Analysis of Viral Hepatitis B Patients by the Network Reporting System in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City from 2006 to 2007

[目的]了解法定传染病网络报告系统报告乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)病例的准确性,规范乙肝报告。[方法]对越秀区2006～2007年网络报告的全部乙肝病例进行入户访视核实,部分采血检测乙肝病毒(HBV)急性感染标志物。[结果]2006～2007年监测信息报告管理系统合计报告监测点乙肝病例1738例,其中,2006年688例,2007年1050例;由本区医疗机构报出的占89.97%,其中省级医院报告684例,市级医院报告562例,区级或社区医院报告291例,部队医院、企业、私人诊所等医院报告27例;报告基本信息无误且成功核实的占68.81%,核实的乙肝病例报告诊断符合率为30.14%。[结论]越秀区乙肝网络报告质量有待提高,国家应统一乙肝报告标准。

[Objective]To study the accuracy of the Viral Hepatitis B patients by the network reporting system of notifiable infectious diseases, and to standardize the reporting rules of Viral Hepatitis B. [Methods]All the reported Viral Hepatitis B patients were interviewed and verified,and the blood samples of some of them were collected to detect the acute infection marker of Viral Hepatitis B. [Results]From 2006 to 2007,1 738 Viral Hepatitis B patients were reported by the network reporting system, 688 of them were reported in 2006,1 050 patients were reported in 2007. 684 patients were reported from provincial level hospitals,and 562 patients were from city level hospitals, and 291 patients were from district hospitals or community hospitals, and 27 patients were reported from others hospitals, such as troops hospitals, enterprise hospitals and private clinics. 68.81% of all the reported patients were interviewed and verified, and the reporting coincidence was 30.14 %. [Conclusion]The report standard of Viral Hepatitis B should be unified, and the reported quality of Viral Hepatitis B patients by the network reporting system should be improved.
