2008年寿光市居民意外死亡资料分析

Analysis on Mortality Data due to Injuries in Shouguang City in 2008

[目的]了解寿光市居民的意外死亡率及死亡原因,为制订卫生事业发展规划和卫生政策提供科学依据。[方法]对2008年寿光市居民意外死亡监测资料进行分析。[结果]2008年因意外死亡612例,死亡率为59.81/10万。意外死亡率(/10万),男性为87.28,女性为31.79(P<0.01);0岁为0.00,1～4岁为17.46,5～9岁为9.79,10～14岁为16.12,以后各年龄组持续较高水平,80岁以上为227.42(P<0.01)。机动车意外的运输事故、自杀是男性、女性、男女合计及15～74岁各个年龄组的前2位死因;75岁以上的前2位死因是自杀和意外跌落。[结论]机动车意外的运输事故、自杀、意外跌落是寿光市居民主要的意外死亡原因。

[Objective]To examine the mortality rate of injuries and major injury causes of death in Shouguang, and to provide scientific evidence for public health planning and policy making. [Methods] Mortality data due to injuries of Shouguang in 2008 were analyzed. [Results]A total of 612 deaths were reported with injury as the underlying cause in 2008 with a death rate of 59.81/100 000. Mortality rate （/100 000） for males and females were 97.28 and 31.79 ,respectively（ P 〈0. 01）. The rate in 0-,1-4,5-9 and 10-14 years age group was 0.00,17.46,9.79 and 16. 12, respectively. Mortality increased with age among people aged 10 years and over. The rate in people aged 80 years and over was 227.42（ P 〈0.01）.Road traffic accident and suicide were the top two injury causes of death for males, females, both sex and people aged 15-74 years. The top two injuries for people aged 75 and over were suicide and fail. [Conclusion]Thc major injury causes of death in Shouguang are road traffic accident, suicide, and fall.
