城市土地集约利用影响因素分析及综合评价

The Factors Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation on Intensive Utilization of Urban Land

城市土地集约利用分析和研究不仅对土地利用理论发展有益,而且对一些城市的土地利用实践也有指导意义。本文首先从城市土地集约利用内涵入手,对土地集约利用影响因素进行分析,在此基础上分析武汉市土地利用现状,总结总体状况评价的指标体系,并综合评价了武汉市土地集约利用水平。

The analysis and research on intensive utilization of urban land is not only useful for the development of urban land utiliza tion theory, but also very significant for practice of the urban land utilization. Starting with connotation of land intensive utilization, this paper firstly analyzed the factors influencing land intensive utilization, then analyzed current situations of land utilization in Wuhan, summarized index system of general situation evaluation and evaluates the level of urban land intensive utilization in Wuhan city.
