摘要
办好高校民族语文专业的几点建议:小语种老师即使不开班时也应养着;民族语文专业本科生中要加强母语教学,也要处理好与汉语教学的关系;要加大力度培养一定数量具有较高水准的民族语文专业人士;要组织学生到民族地区做田野调查,这是对形成他们科学的人生观和民族观大有好处;招生对象以本民族为主,也可适当招收汉族学生,这对学科发展和民族团结都有好处。
The paper brings up several suggestions for the construction of good minority language programs in Chinese institutions of higher learning as follows. The minority - language teachers should have their salary even if they sometimes do not have classes to teach; the minority language majors should receive intensive mother- tongue training and should also try to keep a good relationship with the Chinese teaching program ; there should be more training of qualified minority language talents; the students should do field in- vestigations in the minority areas for helping them form a correct outlook on life and have a good understanding of ethnic groups ; the en- rolment should have more native minority students though Han students are not excluded, which can benefit the disciplinary develop- ment and national unity.
