摘要
高校毕业生就业指导工作体系的形成和发展,是在我国现代高等教育发展改革的大背景下实现的,是我国社会主义市场经济体制建设对高等教育制度促进的结果。不同类别院校有不同特色,民族院校毕业生就业指导工作体系建设因其特殊性而具重要意义,健全和完善民族院校毕业生就业指导工作体系已经成为民族院校贯彻落实科学发展观,促进学校改革发展必须面对并切实思考的重要问题。
The formation and development of the employment guidance system for graduates from Chinese universities for nationalities is the result of the modern reform of Chinese institutions of higher learning and benefits from the construction of Chinese socialist market e- conomy. Because different types of universities have different features, the construction of the employment guidance system for gradu- ates from Chinese universities for nationalities has special and great significance, which relies on the implementation of the concept of scientific development for future reform and development.
