A Remould Process on Energy Saving and Environment Protection for Electric Furnace in Special Steel Plant,Benxi Steel

本钢特钢厂针对原有的电炉生产设备陈旧、工艺落后、产量低、能耗高、除尘效果差,对炼钢系统进行了全面的技术升级改造。改造后电炉的冶炼周期和生产成本大幅度的降低,连铸坯质量明显提高。同时,解决了炼钢车间能耗高和环境污染严重现状,提高了劳动效率。

Considering the old equipment,backward technology,low output capacity,high energy consume and bad dust removing,the paper introduces a systematical technological remould.As aresult,there are clearly decreased smelting period and production cost,and increased quality of casting slab.At the samr time,the energy consume and environment pollution have been improved,and the operation effeciency has been enhansed.
