摘要
文章客观分析了当前钢铁企业人力资源培训中存在的问题,找出了影响培训最终成果的症结所在,通过提供一系列有针对性的对策提高培训的回报,明确了强化人力资源培训对钢铁企业满足市场竞争的需要、满足员工自身发展的需要以及提升企业的核心竞争力,最终使企业适应日新月异、充满挑战与机遇的竞争环境所具有的重要意义。
The paper discusses current problems during laboar resource training at steel enterpeises,and finds the crux which affects the training result.We have to carry out effective countermeasures and strengthen the laboar resource training to improve the training repayment,to meet the requirement of market competition and laboars self-development,and to improve the competitive power of enterprises.
