乌江流域少数民族习惯法的当代变迁——以依法治国方略为视角

The Contemporary Changes of the Minority Custom Law in the Wujiang River Drainage Area——From the Perspective of the Strategy of Rule by Law

1950年以后,乌江流域少数民族习惯法从形式到内容等多方面发生了变迁,本文拟从自然地理环境的突破、社会制度的变革、教育文化的发展等方面论证其变迁的原因,以期对该流域少数民族法治化的进程起到促进作用,从而增进民族团结、促进西部大开发,推进依法治国的方略与和谐社会的构建。

There are many changes of the Minority Custom Law in the Wujing river drainage area in both forms and contents since 1950.The paper attempts to analyze the causes for the changes in terms of geographical change,reform of social system,and the development of culture in the hope that the paper can help propel the legalizing process in the ethnic minority areas,strengthen the ties between nationalities,accelerate the Western Development,and further strategy of ruling of law and the construction of a harmonious society.
