从吏部铨选的标准看唐人的语文素养

A Study of Literacy of Tang People from the Personnel Selection Standard

唐代是中国封建社会高度繁荣的盛世,经济蓬勃发展,体制更臻完善。与"一切以程文为去留"的科举制相对应的吏部铨选是唐代社会政治体制渐趋完备的反映。吏部铨选的标准既有效的保障了唐代官僚队伍的质量,也为考查唐人的语文素养提供了一个参照系。本文拟通过对吏部铨选标准的解读以及铨选标准与唐人语文素养之间关系的探究,为当前的各级各类考试和语文教师的培养与任用提供一点启迪。

Tang dynasty was a flourishing age in feudalist China when the society and economy were very prosperous and the social systems were increasingly getting perfected.The personnel selection which corresponded to imperial examination system is a reflection that the political system was also getting perfected.The personnel selecting standard in Tang Dynasty not only effectively guaranteed the quality of the officials but also provided a reference for inspecting people’s literacy.This writer of this article attempts to interpret the personnel selecting standard of Tang dynasty and the relationship between the standard and Tang people’s literacy,in the hope of providing some inspiration for various examinations and the cultivation of Chinese language teachers.
