“理具三千”与“一念三千”

在中兴天台的理论贡献中,天台九祖湛然明确提出了他的"理具三千"说。在这一学说里,他拈出了一个"理"字点示了智者大师一念三千说的理论基底,并以"二具"说对天台"具"的理论作了进一步的系统分析。由此不仅继承了智者"一念三千"的师说,而且还丰富和补充了这一理论,同时也使天台的中道实相之旨得到了进一步重申与彰显。

In the theory contribution of resurge Tiantai sect, Zhan Ran who is the ninth patriarch of the Tiantai sect proposes his theory of ＂Seeing the Universe as Siddhanta＂ definitely. In this theory, he picked up a word namely ＂siddhanta＂ to point out theoretical basis of the doctrine of Seeing the Universe as a Thought Master Zhi Zhe, and also did further systematic analysis to the the- ory of ＂Ju＂ ofTian Tai by the theory of ＂two Ju＂ , thereby he not only inherited the doctrine of Seeing the Universe as a Thought Master Zhi Zhe, but also enriched and supplemented this theory, and meanwhile make the purport of Madhyma-pratipada real mark reiterated and manifested
