汉语姓名的翻译

On the Translation of Chinese Names

针对在汉语拼音方案下,汉语姓名翻译仍然比较混乱的现状,分析原因,并提出解决方法。标准多且不完善、不统一是产生混乱的重要原因。尽快结束姓名翻译的混乱状况,需要翻译个体的努力和翻译环境的改善。

In view of the condition that the translation of Chinese names is still chaotic under the Chinese Pinyin System, this thesis analyses the reasons and proposes the methods of solution. Excessive and imperfect standards as well as disunity are important reasons of causing chaos. In order to end the chaotic condition of name translation, we need efforts from individuals and the improvement of trans- lation environment： when translating Chinese names, we should choose the corresponding forms of expression in accordance with the pre- sent standards to protect our country＇s culture; the department concerned should set up a uniform and satisfying standard, conduct vig- orous propaganda and make the outside world finally understand and accept the special form of Chinese name translation.
