Theory and Practice of Teacher's Appointment System in Higher Education

高等学校实行教师聘任制,是高等学校人事制度改革的重要部分。从我国高校教师聘任制实施的依据、现状以及工作实践入手,分析和探讨进一步实施和完善教师聘任制的有效途径,为更好地发挥教师聘任制的作用提供借鉴。

Implementing teacher＇s appointment system in higher education is an important part of the personnel system re- form. Starting from the basis for the implementation, current conditions and working practices of teacher＇s appointment system, this paper analyzes and discusses effective ways of further implementing and improving the teacher＇s appointment system and provides ref- erence for bringing teacher＇s appointment system into full play.
