摘要
人力资源作为最具活力和最具潜力的"活"资源,是未来社会永不枯竭的资源。人力资本所有者所掌握的知识、技术代表了先进的管理能力。作为高等学校的一个职能部门,图书馆的教育职能是不能忽视的。开发和利用好这个职能部门,对人力资源的开发和合理的利用是至关重要的。
Manpower resource is the not vigorous and potential "live" resource now and is also the unexhausted resource in the future society. The knowledge and technology that the owner of manpower capital hold represent the advanced management abil- ity. We must change the traditional concepts, build up new thought of "humanistic management" and build the corresponding system and employment mechanism as the guarantee : Therefore, ifs very important to develop and utilize the manpower resource rationally.
