慢性肾血管性高血压大鼠脑细胞膜磷脂及游离脂肪酸含量变化

摘要 采用SD大鼠慢性肾血管性高血压模型,高效液相和气-液色诣定量法测定脑细胞胺磷脂、游离脂肪酸(FreeFattyAcidFFA)组分变化.结果显示:1.高血压组脑细胞膜磷脂组分中PI显著低于对照组(P<0.O5),PS、PE、PC,组分轻微下降(P>0.05).2.FFA组分中C20;4,C22;6水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.O5),C18:0水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),C16:0和C18:1轻度降低(P>0.05).提示继发性高血压大鼠伴有脑细胞膜磷脂、FFA代谢障碍. By using chronic renovascular hypertension model of Sprague-Dawley rats,different phospholipids (PLs),free fatty acid (FFA)contentS of brain cell membrane were determined in nometfnsive(n= 9)and hypertensive (n= 8) rats with high-performanc, chromatograpby (HPLC) and gaS-liquid chromatography (GLC) techniques. The date showed that: 1. phosphatidylinosltol (PI) in renovascular bypertensive groupwas found slgnificantly lower than that of normotensive group (P<0. 05), the levels of phosphatidylserine(PS), phospbatidylethanolamine (PE ), prosphatidylcholine (PC ) were not obviously different between these,two groups (P<0. 01 P<0. 05). 2. C20: 4(arachidonic acid),C22: 6(docosabeaenoic acid)levels increasedsignincantly(p>0.05),C18 :0(stearic acid) decreased obviously(P<0.05),and C16:0o(palmitic acid),C18: 1(oleic arid)decreased sightly from hypertensive group(p>0. 05) as compared with normotensive group.The tindings seem to reflect an abnormal metabolism or brain membrane PLs and FFA in experimental bypertensive rats.
