摘要
法律逻辑的品质就是法律逻辑这种逻辑所具备的一些个性或者特征,是法律逻辑不同于"普通逻辑"之处。法律逻辑所具有的自身品质是:突出实践性,带有题材性,其推理的结论可以有效性和合理性两个标准共存,其逻辑基础是非形式逻辑等。
As a special logic, legal logic has some special characters of its own, which differ from ＂ordinary logic＂ ： it pursues practice, it has the theme, validity and rationality can effectively co-exist in the results of its reasoning; its logical basis is non-formal logic, etc.
