摘要 大学生健全人格不仅是在一定的环境状态中生成与发展的,而且是在一定的认知状态中生成与发展的。大学生人格优化培育的核心就是培养教育大学生在心理倾向上认同"知荣辱、勤操守、乐进取、勇担当"的良好人格。对大学生人格优化培育认知进行适宜的评估,就是探寻影响大学生人格优化培育的认知因素,从而建立认知评估指标,采用认知评估科学方法,提高大学生人格优化培育认知水平。 A sound personality for college students is formed and developed not only in a certain atmosphere, but also under certain cognitive environment. The core of cultivation and optimization of personalities of college students lies in educating college students to be mentally identified with being "sensitive in pride and shame, diligent in practicing, delighted in enterprising, brave in undertaking". A suitable evaluation of college students' personality optimization cultivation is to explore the factors of cognition which influence the college students' personality optimization cultivation, establish a target about the cognition' s evaluation by means of the scientific method, and thus raise the level of the college student personality optimization cultivation cognition.
