NEW PROGRESS IN THE STUDY OF GABAc RECEPTOR

摘要 GABAc受体是一类新型的GABA受体，其药理学性质及电生理特性与已知的GABA受体的两型：GABAA及GABAB有显著差异。现论述GABAC经体的分子结构、调控因子及药理性质等方面取得的最新进展. GABAc receptor is a new type or GABA receptor. its pbarmacological and electrophysiological characteristics differ sufficiently from the classical GABA receptors including GABAA and GABAB.This article focuses on recent progress in studying molecular structure, modulators and pbarmacological effects of GABAc receptor.
