脑源性神经营养因子基因治疗对大鼠脑内多巴胺含量的影响

摘要 采用脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因工程成肌细胞纹状体内移植观察其对帕金森病(PD)大鼠脑内纹状体多巴胺含量的影响,结果发现:基因工程成肌细胞脑内移植可使纹状体多巴胺含量明显增加,并可维持达两月之久,这为帕金森病的治疗提供了一种新的有效的治疗方法。 Genetically modified myoblasts to produce BDNF were grafted into striatum of Parkinson rats and the content of dopamine in the striatum were detected by HPLC after transplantation at different time. In the graft group, the dopamine content in the striatum on the lesioned side were increased significantly compared with the control group. These suggest that BDNF secreting myoblast can promote the survival of neuron and provide a new and effective method for the treatment of Parkinson disease.
