P物质和生长抑素在介导脊髓伤害性信息传递中的功能分化
摘要
本工作旨在研究P物质和生长抑素在脊髓伤害性信息传递中的功能分化,在支配后二头半腱肌(PBST)的α运动神经元轴突组成的PBST神经细束上,记录皮下电刺激(0.2ms,3V,1Hz)诱发的屈反射性发放(PBST反应)。伤害性重夹和灼热皮肤明显增强PBST反应,将这种伤害性刺激引起的中枢易化效应作为伤害性反应的指标,脊髓表面施加生长抑素(SOM)排空剂半胱胺(200mmol,50μl)后3min。
