摘要
云广±800kV直流输电工程投产后可极大提高西电东送能力,同时会给南方电网系统带来新的稳定问题。鉴此,详细分析了云广±800kV直流对南方电网失步解列、低频或低压减载以及高周切机等第三道防线稳定控制措施的影响,研究南方电网现有第三道防线稳定控制措施的适应性,并对完善第三道防线提出建议。
Yunnan-Guangdong ±800 kV DC transmission project can enhance the capability of power transmission from West to East significantly, and at the same time new stability problems of China Southern Power Grid （CSG） will arise. This paper analyzes the influence of the project to the stability control measures of the CSG＇s third defense line such as out-of-step separation, low-frequency/low-voltage load shed or high-frequency generator trip. The stability control measure＇s adaptability of the present third defense line is studied, resulting in certain suggestions to improve it.
