近10年来中药复方治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的概述

Review on the treatment of post stroke depression with the Chinese herbal compound in recent 10 years

回顾近10年来中药复方治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床研究,发现临床使用理气解郁法的同时,十分重视活血化瘀、理气化痰、醒脑开窍、宁心安神、益肾调精等治法的运用。中药复方所用药物顾及了卒中后抑郁症气机郁滞,同时又存在瘀、痰、虚等因素的病机。但临床研究中存在诊断和评分标准不统一、样本量偏小等问题,应该进行更深入地研究和挖掘。

After reviewing on the treatment of post stroke depression with the Chinese herbal compound in recent 10 years, we found that besides Li-Qi-Jie-Yu method, Huo-xue-hua-yu, Li-qi-hua-tan, Xing-nao-kai-qiao, Ning-xin-an-shen and Yi-shen-tiao-jin methods were also paid special attention and applied to clinic. The Chinese herbal compound did not only take mechanism of depression Qi-Ji-Yu-Zhi into consideration, but also the factors of Yu, Tan and Xu. There were some problems in the clinical researches, such as diagnosis and Scoring Standards were not consistent, sample size was too small. So further researches are needed to be morexplored.
