分析了陕西省电力公司农电工人力资源管理中存在的主要问题,阐述了农电工人力资源开发与管理的基本思路,介绍了农电工人力资源开发与管理工作的主要做法及取得的成效。
The main problems exited in rural electrician resources management in Shaanxi Electric Power Company are analyzed. The basic thought of rural electrician resources development ＆ management is described. The main measures and obtained effects of rural electrician resources development ＆ management are introduced.
