摘要
电力安全生产是电力企业稳定运行的基础保障。在阐述电力安全风险评估的方法与流程的基础上,研究建立了电力安全风险等级评估管理系统,详细介绍了其设计标准及功能模块构成。最后,结合该系统在渭南电网的应用进行了实证分析,并提出科学合理的系统改进建议。
Safe production is basic insurance for the stable operation of electric power enterprises. On the basis of the description of electric power safety risk evaluation method ＆ procedure, electric power safety risk evaluation management system is set up, design standard ＆ function module composition are described in detail. Empirical analysis is conducted combined with the application in Weinan power network. Scientific ＆ reasonable improvement suggestions are put forward.
