摘要
对一株分离自烟台海域的交替单胞菌YTW-10的抗病原真菌活性进行了测定,通过对碳源、氮源、无机盐、初始pH值、培养温度及培养时间等发酵条件的优化,确定了YTW-10产抗真菌活性物质的最佳条件.最佳发酵培养基为:蛋白胨10 g/L,酵母提取物15 g/L,葡萄糖20 g/L,NaCl 5 g/L,KBr 1 g/L.最佳培养条件为:发酵初始pH值7.0,发酵时间36 h,发酵温度30℃.
The technologies of 3S have been used to reveal the changes of land cover alongshore the Rongcheng Bay during recent 20 years. The results show that the area of shrimp pond, farmland, intertidal fiat and swamp- land decreased evidently, but that of construction and traffic sites, garden plot and dene increased rapidly. The shrimp pond mainly transferred into the intertidal fiat and the water area. The farmland mainly transferred into the garden plot, the woodland and the construction and traffic sites. The intertidal flat mainly transferred into the water area and the dene. Some of the swampland transferred into the farmland. The driving forces of those changes are the improvement of urbanization and industrial, the adjustment of agricultural internal structure, the rapid development of ecological protection and tourism etc.
