摘要
通过对浙江杭长高速公路的计重收费改造工程的特点分析,提出了切实可行的项目管理措施、质量控制方案和应急预案。该项目在多方的紧密配合与支持下按照既定方案展开工作,经过一个多月的紧张实施,最终顺利通过了检定工作。
This paper proposes the practical project management measure, quality control programs and contingency plans through analysing the characteristic of the WIM Vehicles System reconstruction of Zhejiang Hangzhou-Changxing expressway. This project implemented more than 1 month tensely in accordance with established program that co-ordination and support by the parties, then successfully passed the test.
