英国高校学生事务服务的制度安排、机构设置、运行机制、具体内容既是其以人为本、顾客至上、尊重法律和追求公平等社会主流价值观的体现,又是这一价值观潜移默化的影响和渗透渠道。英国的宗教文化、法治观念和教育心理理论影响和形成了大学生生活体验式教育,实现了其主流价值观的渗透。

The institutional arrangement of student affairs administration in British universities, its or- ganizational structuring, operation mechanism and specifics give expression to the mainstream values like ＂people foremost＂, ＂customer first＂, ＂respect for law＂ and ＂be fair and just＂, and at the same time are influenced by these values and are channels for permeation of them. British religious culture, its concept of rule of law, and its educational psychology theories all have an impact on experiential education of college students, allowing permeation of its mainstream values.
