过敏原与免疫球蛋白E浓度检测在过敏性紫癜中的意义

The significance of allergen and serum total immunoglobulin E test in anaphylactic purpura

目的:探讨过敏原与血免疫球蛋白E浓度在过敏性紫癜中的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析60例过敏性紫癜患者临床资料,检测过敏原及TIgE。结果:过敏原阳性率为53.3%,TIgE阳性率为61.7%,过敏原与TIgE总阳性率为85.0%。多种吸入物阳性者易复发,TIgE阳性者复发率高(P<0.05),TIgE浓度高者易复发(P<0.05),TIgE浓度与肾损害关系尚不明确。结论:过敏原与TIgE检测有助于寻找病因、指导治疗和估计预后。

Objective：To explore the significance of allergen and serum total immunoglobulin E test in anaphylactic purpura.Methods：Retrospective analysis was made in 60 cases.Results：The positive rate of allergen and TIgE was 55.3%,61.7% respectively and positive rate was 85.0%.The kinds of allergen and concentration of TIgE were related to recurrence of the disease（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The measurement of allergen and TIgE is availability in anaphylactic purpura.It is beneficial to search pathogeny and direct management and estimate prognosis.
