经皮解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折

Minimally invasive percutaneous plate ostepsynthesis for the treament of distal fracture

目的探讨经皮解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用小切口经皮解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折12例，伴有腓骨骨折者1／3管型钢板固定。结果全部随访8～16个月，骨折愈合时间9—20周，未出现感染及骨不连等并发症，参照Tormetta评分标准：优9例，良2例，可1例。结论小切口经皮解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折创伤小，保护了骨折端血运，固定牢靠，愈合快，并发症少，是治疗胫骨远端骨折较好的方法。

Objective To inuertigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of distal tibial fracture. Methods 12 cases with distal tibial fractures were treated wita minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosyn thesis. Results 12 cases were followed up for 8 - 16 months. Fractures got union in 9 - 20 weels According to the criteria of Tormetta,the results were excellent in 9 cases,good in 2 and fair in 1. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaeous plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of distal tibial fracture has advantages of effective blood support protection, minimal surgical trauma and rigid fixation, No complication was found, It is an effective fixation for treatment of distal tibial fracture.
