摘要
通过分析齿轮热处理和表面强化处理工艺后,得出了齿轮出现齿形严重变形(俗称"蹋齿")的原因是由于采用了表面渗氮工艺,破坏了之前调质的力学性能,导致硬度下降。提出了采用表面高频淬火的表面强化工艺,有效解决了齿轮蹋齿问题。
By analyzing the techniques of heat treatment and surface peening, the paper concludes that the serious gear deforming (commonly referred as deformation of gear) is due to the use of surface nitriding process which causes the destruction of the mechanical properties based on quenching and tempering and the following hardness decreasing. It puts forward a method to solve the problem by high-frequency surface hardening.
