摘要
以发动机气缸体缸孔为例,指出了工件表面的微观结构对产品工艺性能的重要意义,以及现用的传统珩磨工艺所存在的局限性,然后对激光造型这一能明显提升汽车发动机关键件精加工工艺水平的新方法的工作原理做了简述。着重介绍了这一新工艺在缸孔和连杆大头孔最终精加工时的应用,及其所反映出来的鲜明特点和显示的优越性。
As an example of holes of engine cylinder, this article explained that the micro structure of part surface is very important to technical character of products, then there is limitations of the traditional honing. After describing the principle of laser structuring rised the level of fine machiing effectively for important auto engine parts, this article introduced mainly the application of this new method to the fine machining for holes of cylinder and big holes of connecting rod, farther expressed some features and advantage applying laser structuring.
