摘要 支气管肺癌是一种严重威胁人类健康和生命的疾病,其发病率有逐年增高的趋势,每年全世界约100万人死于肺癌。肺癌的早期诊断对提高患者5年生存率至关重要。传统胸部X线、CT影像学及痰液细胞学等检查在肺癌早期定性诊断方面具有一定的局限性。
