内镜超声引导细针穿刺诊断后纵隔占位病变2例
摘要
内镜超声（EUS）对后纵隔病变的定位、定性诊断有特殊意义。EUS引导下细针穿刺活检术（EUS—FNA）能直接取得病理学诊断依据，明确邻近食管周围纵隔占位病变、肿大淋巴结等的性质。本研究应用EUS-FNA诊断2例性质不明的后纵隔占位病变，报告如下。
