摘要
为了提高高炉非金属冷却壁用Al2O3-SiC质浇注料的抗渣性,在其中引入人造石墨,研制了高炉非金属冷却壁用Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料,着重研究了六偏磷酸钠(SHP)、聚丙烯酸钠(PAANa)、萘系减水剂(NTD)和SkipLiquid型减水剂(SL)4种分散剂及其加入量对这种含碳浇注料流动性、耐压强度、体积密度和显气孔率的影响以及碳(人造石墨)的添加量对浇注料试样的耐压强度、体积密度、显气孔率和抗渣性能的影响。结果表明:1)分散剂SL的效果最好,其最优外加量为0.2%;2)人造石墨添加量为5%时,浇注料试样的抗渣性能和烧后耐压强度达到最优,综合性能最佳。
Al2O3-SiC-C castables were prepared by adding synthetic graphite to Al2O3-SiC castables to improve slag resistance of castables for nonmetallic cooling stave of blast furnace.Effects of four dispersing agents:sodium hexametaphosphate(SHP),sodium polyacrylate(PAANa),naphthalene series water reducer(NTD)and Skip Liquid water reducer(SL)as well as their additions on flow ability of the castables containing carbon were studied.In addition,effects of synthetic graphite addition on cold crushing strength,bulk density,apparent porosity and slag resistance of castables specimen were analyzed.The results indicate that the optimum dispersing agent is 0.2% SL;and slag resistance and cold crushing strength of specimens with 5% graphite addition are the best.
