生长因子促进创面愈合研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 1生长因子(GF)的临床应用进展 GF是一类对靶细胞增殖和分化有调节作用的肽类,是体内重要信号分子,在调节生长发育、组织修复、肿瘤发生等多方面发挥重要作用。CF种类繁多,通常按照GF的受体(靶细胞)及特性将其分为EGF、Fb生长因子(FGF)、神经生长因子(NGF)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)和TGF等。GF自20世纪80年代开始应用于临床,其对创伤修复的促进作用逐渐明确。近年来,随着基因工程技术的成熟,
