原发恶性骨肿瘤的分期和保肢治疗 被引量：2

摘要 骨肿瘤涉及骨科学和肿瘤学两个学科的内容，从某种意义上来说，属于交叉学科。骨肿瘤患者多由骨科医生治疗，而骨科医生最容易犯的错误就是忽略骨肿瘤的肿瘤学本质，过分追求骨科学的重建。既然是肿瘤，首先需要强调的就是分期，然后才是基于分期的安全有效的保肢治疗，现就这两方面进行述评。
