加强内涵建设,提升高技能人才培养质量和办学水平是新形势下高等职业院校发展的核心内容。强化内涵建设,就是要按照"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走产学研紧密结合的发展道路"的要求凝聚办学理念,形成鲜明办学特色,努力提高办学质量,为经济与社会发展作出更大的贡献。文章对高职院校内涵建议的主要内容以及加强内涵建设应处理好的几个关系进行了探讨。
