农产品质量安全直接关系到公众的健康和社会的和谐稳定,也是落实科学发展观、坚持以人为本和对人民群众高度负责的具体体现。基层人民政府在对农产品质量安全监管的过程中,应体现其监管的主导性作用,并积极与第三部门监管、社会监管和个人监管相配合,加强合作与协调,共同保障农产品质量的安全以及人民群众的健康。同时,完善各种与农产品质量安全监管相关的制度也势在必行。

The quality and safety of agricultural products is directly related to public health, social hamony and stability, which is also a specific manifestation of carrying out scientific development concept, persisting in people first and being highly responsible to people. During the process of the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety, grass- roots level people＇s government should reflect the dominant role, actively coordinate with the third sector supervision, social supervision and personal supervision and safeguard the quality and safety of agricultural products as well as people＇s health. Simultaneously, it is imperative to perfect various related systems of supervision of agricultural product quality and safety.
