摘要
2008年之前采矿场20t电机车带8节10 m^3矿车进行拉矿作业。通过理论计算,分析电机车重载和空载的制动距离,校核自动挂钩的强度,均满足安全操作规程的要求,得出20 t电机车具有带9节10 m^3矿车的能力。采用9节10 m^3矿车可提升运矿作业效率,降低吨矿单耗,缩短职工的有效劳动时间,提高运输劳动生产率。
20 t mining electric locomotive dragged eight 10 m3 mining vehicles in mining plant before 2008. By theoretical calculation, analysed the braking distance in heavy and empty load, 20 t mining electric locomotive is proofread to satisfy the request of security manipulative instruction, and find that 20 t mining electric locomotive has the ability with nine 10 m3 mining vehicles. If 20 t mining electric locomotive drags nine 10 m3 mining vehicles, it can improve the efficiency of transporting mining, decreasing the cost of mining and shorten the working hour to advance the transporting productivity.
