摘要
热卷箱上使用的铜套磨损严重,更换频率非常高,采用传统方法进行更换非常困难,而且质量得不到保证。介绍了利用液氮的低温特性,解决薄壁铜套在热卷箱上安装的难题。重点介绍了冷装工艺的特点、方法和低温下薄壁铜套尺寸变化的计算公式以及操作时的注意事项。
The copper sleeve used on the hot coil box sets wear and tear seriously, and the replacement frequency is very high. The traditional methods of copper sleeve' s replacement are very difficult, and the quality can not be guaranteed. This paper introduces the use of low-temperature properties of liquid nitrogen to address the thin-walled copper sleeve installed on the hot coil box problem. We focus on the characteristics of cold-install process, methods, and low temperatures, thin-walled copper sleeve size changes in the formula, as well as operation of the attention. These will make on a strong guiding significance on the practical application.
