梅山细粒尾矿过滤试验研究

Tests on the Filtering of Meishan Fine Tailings

用22 m^2试验用厢式压滤试验机对梅山细粒尾矿进行过滤脱水试验研究,分别进行了压力试验、浓度试验、絮凝剂试验、风压干燥试验。试验结果表明:使用厢式压滤机能够对梅山细粒尾矿进行过滤脱水,可以实现产品水分小于16%的目标。

This is a test of which used 22 m2 filter for solid-liquid separation of Meishan＇s fine tailings through a series of tests, which includes of pressure test, thickness test, flocculent test and air-drying test. The test showed that the filter could solid-liquid separation of Meishan＇s fine tailing, and get the goal of moisture less than 16%.
