摘要 根据梅山铁矿的生产设备实际情况,结合寿命周期的定义和设备各种费用的讨论,借用了采矿设备管理中的设备耗损故障期的概念,分析了梅山设备耗损故障期的现状。探讨如何对耗损故障期设备的管理,尤其针对大间距无底柱分段蹦落法采矿方法,在高产高效矿井生产运作的设备配置特征,利用耗损故障期设备生产进行有益的分析和探索,对于冶金矿山行业使用大型设备提供了新的思路。 According to the actual situation of Meishan iron ore production equipment, the passage combined with the definition of life cycle and equipment cost, all kinds of this discussions borrowed the concept of equipments' wear and tear faults period, analysised the current situation of Meishan Mining' s equipments in the period, to explore the way of management in the wear and tear faults period. In particular for large pitch bounce off the law Sublevel mining methods, mine production in high-yield and efficient operation of device configuration features, take a useful analysis and exploration of equipment product in the wear and tear faults period. It provides a new way of thinking for the use of large equipments, metallurgical and mining industry.
