摘要
梅山矿业公司选矿厂浮选车间二段磨机一直使用普通锰钢衬板,该类衬板存在使用寿命短,作业率低,拆装时间长等缺点。为改变这种状况,浮选车间于2004年8月起,在二段磨机更换安装了磁性衬板。通过考察发现,该衬板具有节电等优点,一年能创造可观经济效益。
Ordinary manganese steellining had been used in the secondary grinding mill of grinding-concentration workshop at Meishan Iron Mine since its commissioning .This kind of lining had disadvantages of short service life （generally less than two years）, low availability and time-consuming installation and removal In view of this, magnetic lining was used instead during september, 2004-August, 2005-Der.It was found that magnetic lining had advangates of electricity and grinding ball saving and grinding effect improvement,which could bring an economical benefit a year.
